Mindfulness Made Easy: The 3 Questions
Here’s mindfulness made easy: go out into nature, find a quiet spot and sit.
Take three cleansing breaths, and simply ask yourself these three questions:
What am I seeing?
What am I hearing?
What am I feeling on my skin?
Breathe again.
All meditation starts with mindfulness —- giving your full attention, your awareness, to some thing, some object of your attention. For example, mindfully focusing on the breath, mindfully watching a cloud, or… in this meditation, mindfully listening to a creek.
